    Hello,

I have to write this to warn people who are thinking about using Ruth's Cleaning service. I got her name out of the Loundon's newspaper ad section, I should have asked for the references, but I didn't.
I have her come and clean my house twice, the first time she scratched my toilet badly, but I thought everyone makes a mistake so I gave her another chance. The second time, her people ruined my carpet by accidently spilled the cleaning solution on my brand new carpet on the hall way, and tried to hide it, but I was home that day, and saw the spilled, so she said she would fix it, but when I called her back she ignored my calls. So now I am stuck with a badly damage carpet, and don't know what to do.
If anyone has any good cleaning people, would you please recommend them to me ?

Thanks very much for reading my story .. I have to get this out!

    BL

Well, according to her that she is using one of the kind that still has the wire in the middle, and she used too much force, and there is the result of that. I guess I have to give her the award for working hard on it then ;), so there it is, another thing I have to fix if I ever want to sell my house, which is brand new by the way.

For the carpet, you might want to give PowerDry a call. www.mypowerdry.com

Stephen Rice, the owner, is great and very knowledgable about all kinds of stains. He might be able to help you. We have used him for spills and cat urine issues and find his service to be very good and his rates to be competitive. Oh, and you should know that the first thing he will tell you is..."DON'T TRY TO CLEAN THE STAIN!" Cleaning products, including hot water, can actually set the stain and make it impossible to get out.

    Good luck!
