    The Curriculum & Instruction Committee recently met to discuss the LCPS technology plan. If you have any experience or expertise in the relevant technology areas, please consider getting involved and participating the the development and implementation of that plan.

    It is imperative that LCPS: 1) accurately assess the educational needs of our students; 2) determine which technologies can meet those needs while protecting the privacy of students and staff and preventing access to inappropriate content or exposing students to being the victim of crime; 3) maximize the benefits of the technology by using it across departments; 4) consider interoperability with future upgrades: and 5) negotiate the most advantageous contracts and licensing agreements.
