    I am a Broadlands resident & licensed Realtor. I currently have a well-qualified, serious buyer (wonderful family) looking for a SFH in Broadlands. They need at least 4 BDRs and the lot is very important to them (backing to trees and/or private feel is ideal and would like some grass space for kids to play). They are ready to move now, but have flexibility in timing for the right home. We've seen everything currently on the market, so I am now reaching out to you through this forum to see if anyone (who fits the above criteria) might be considering listing their home in the near future.
