I am submitting an application for a storage shed on my property, I reviewed the design guidelines but do not see if there is any specific distance from the property line it needs to be. The adjacent property the shed will be against already has a fence line.

There are no HOA requirements for set backs from the property line for a shed.

I installed a shed in April and I would suggest you check with the county or not....but they do have setback guidelines....of course whether they going around checking is another story.

The HOA does not check for county guidelines. It is up to the property owner to get both HOA and county approvals. Sheds require a Zoning Permit from the county.
