Suspicious Activity

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up about a car cruising the neighborhood approx. 15 mins ago on Crosswind Ter. Two Hispanic men in an old model dark grey Toyota tag VBN 9530 stopping in front of houses with expensive item boxes outside for trash pickup and taking pictures. When I asked if I could help them they stumbled around with a vague answer about looking for an address but couldn't name the address. Sheriff's office has been notified.
