    Mine went up +5K and land stayed the same....so I figure my taxes will prolly go up...:scaredeyes:

    remember.. your taxes are based on the rate x your value

    the rate is determined after the values are known.. So if the total revenue goes up or down is entirely in control of those who set the rate.

    Individually, both factors count of course.. but the rate is far more important.

    Sorry for those who jumped like 50-75k tho.. they're going up no matter what ;)

    Right but FWIW, taxes on this house has always gone up....Thanks to the BOS that sets the rates.
