Taxi/Shuttle Service

    I live in the SW apartments, and am having knee surgery the end of next week.

    Unfortunately I have to return to work starting 5th of March, and won't yet be able to drive myself at that point (and I have no significant other or housemate to help out).

    Can anyone recommend a taxi or shuttle service that can do something more than a metered drive down to Chantilly/Westfields?

    I don't mind calling a cab service every morning/evening for the week to 10 days that I expect to be unable to drive myself, but was hoping that I could find a service that could give me a fixed daily or weekly rate for 5 trips from SW to Westfields and 5 trips from Westfields to SW, or something similar.
