    Security Clearance: Requires active TS/SCI with full scope polygraph

    This position involves conducting application specific training for small groups, both informally and in a formal classroom setting. Must be comfortable teaching in environments where English may not be students’ native language and/or where information is being translated during class.

    In addition to conducting training classes, the trainer will develop new training documentation, update existing training materials and/or user documentation, develop online help documentation, and document/communicate new requirements gathered from users. The trainer will also work with system developers to create and update technical installation documents and may be called on to train/brief new team members. Trainer may occasionally provide demonstrations of system capabilities to various levels of U.S. Government personnel as well as foreign contacts. In some instances, trainer may be required to assist in setting up the training environment, to include building servers, connecting peripherals, and loading software onto workstations under direction from a technical lead and/or following written procedures.

    This position requires up to 50% travel to locations worldwide to provide user training and post-training support. Must be willing (and physically able) to travel to high risk areas. A minimum of eight years of previous end user training experience is required; international travel experience is a plus. Excellent oral, written, interpersonal and computer skills are required. Key technical skills include Microsoft Office products such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and also Adobe. The individual should be able to learn quickly, accomplish tasks under limited supervision, and must possess strong attention to detail. Willingness to be a contributing member of a team in an organization committed to high quality customer service is also essential.

    Required Education/Skills: BS and/or 10 years professional experience as a trainer. Also requires active TS/SCI security clearance with full scope polygraph; cannot consider candidates unless they already possess required clearance.
