    We just saw these earlier today, before the main Greenway toll plaza. Does anyone know what they are for? We were guessing it was Smart Tag violators. But was thinking maybe it's for speeders?

    Nothing on their website ... probably toll violators running through in the morning and afternoon when the gates are up.

    They are there to catch toll busters. Car goes through without paying and the red light triggers a photo being taken.

    Actually, they have just upgraded their camera systems. They had only about a 25% success rate in reading plates. They now claim up to 90% success from the new equipment. Cutting edge technology - now you know where your toll funds are going...
