    The Modifications Subcommittee meets to review and approve submissions of residential modifications. The committee meets the first and third Wednesdays from March through October and the third Wednesday only from November through February. Meetings are held at 7:00 pm at the Nature Center. If you are interested in joining this group please email Robin Crews, rcrews@broadlandshoa.com.
