    Four year old TKO Heavy bag set that kind of looks like this.

    The heavy bag is a vynal 50 pounder. It can be bolted to the floor or secured with weight plates. I do not have the gloves for it anymore.

    This is a freebie - however - you MUST be able to get it this weekend after 3PM on either day.
