Tonight's HOA meeting -- still on?

Has it been cancelled? Cliff? Anyone?

 

As of right now it is on. But of course that is all dependent on a quarum showing up

The "official" Board meeting was cancelled because none of the Van Metre employees (which is the majority) came. The 4 resident members were there. We still were able to work on several issues and had the Covenant Hearings (a Board majority is not needed for this.)

 

Cliff, because of the weather I had to miss the meeting. When is the next one? (with Van Metre present?)

 

The HOA will be having a "make-up" February Board meeting on Feb 27 at 4pm.
The next meeting after that will be on March 13 at 5:30pm.
Van Metre will be present at both meetings.

 

Well it is AMAZING - that Van Metre is willing to attend the "make-up" meeting on the 27th for the BHOA. I wish I had some ideas on how to entice those same Van Metre Folks to at least hold a SW HOA meeting...going on 5+ months.

In fact I think I will leave work early on the 27th just so I can ask the same Van Metre folks what gives or will I be
