Townhouse For Rent?

    Anyone know of any townhouses for rent in Broadlands? One of my employees just sold her house and is looking to rent out here. Any leads appreciated.

    I don't know of any TH's but there is a very small single family on Awbrey for rent or sale.

    I think there are several toward the end of Village Dr that are either for rent or sale (meaning they have both signs out front). There may be one or two on Sunderleigh Sq as well.

    What type are they looking for?

    one or two car garage?
    square footage?
    end unit?
    pet friendly?

    we are considering putting ours on the market.
