We just had a HUGE tree fall over in the back of our townhouse. A smaller tree is holding it up, but I'm afraid it's going to fall completely. If it does, both our deck and our neighbor's deck will be gone. Is here anyone I can call?

If the tree is in a common area - call the HOA office.

Thanks for your help. The tree was cut down yesterday, but they left it all on the lawn. I was expecting them to come back today to finish the job, but they didn't. Will HOA pay to replace the grass that will be dead by the time the tree gets removed? Oh, and there are still damaged parts of another tree hanging, which causes a safety issue if it should fall. These need to come down also. Will the HOA come out and double check to make sure everything is done right?

They stopped working when the rain started. They still have work to do. If you still have concerns when the work is done, call the HOA office.
