Trusted Framer/Photographer for restoration

    Hi!

    I have an old portrait that needs restoration (yellowed), from the '60s and it's on a thick poster board type that I've never seen. I'm looking for someone that can restore it (if possible) and have it properly framed.

    I prefer to take it to a Mom and Pop type place since this has sentimental value. Any suggestions?
