Need Help! TV/Verizon/DVD aren't connected right

    Looking for someone who knows how to connect the following to Verizon. DVD (HDTV) and TV (HDTV). The DVD player is connected and I can watch movies, but when trying to watch TV all I get is the Verizon...please wait message on the screen. Please reply with cost and availability. I'm generally not home during the day.
