    Hi all, this is my first post to the forum. I want to install a laundry room on the third floor. Does anyone know of a good contractor who has done this work before? Thanks.

    Are you going to put the front loading HE washers in there?? Beware!! The house will shake. whatever you do---put ceramic tile underneath those washers. it sounds like a bullet train coming through the upstairs bedrooms when those front loaders start spinning!!

    as for your question--sorry, don't know any contractors :)

    I'm interested in doing the same thing. If anyone knows of a good contractor, maybe we can get a group deal.
