    Does anyone happen to have a floorplan they can email to me of the Van Metre Winterset model? It is no longer listed on their website. Thanks in advance for any help!

    Neil, that's awesome! Thanks so much. We're going to look at one for sale today. I hope we like it because we now have a ratified contract on our current home and haven't found a new house yet!

    We really enjoyed that house ... we had a few regrets when we decided to move, and the house was only one of many !!

    Just to follow up - we looked at the house and liked it. It went on the market this past Friday, we looked and wrote a contract on Saturday, and yesterday found out that they had another offer that they accepted instead of ours. Sold in one day!

    So the search continues. But we did like the floorplan!

    No ... its actually cheaper to live here, the regret was leaving the house. We really liked what we did and had planned to do to the house.

    Where was the house located, and what was the sales price (if I may ask?). FWIW ... my Winterset also sold in one day.
