I have a trip with my 3 year old coming up and if anyone has a used car seat carrier bag they want to sell me I'd be thrilled! I don't need one with wheels, but it does need to have a strap so that I can attach it to the wheelie suitcase and drag it along that way.

we always have the airline bag it for free and check it .... but with the cost cuts nowadays, it probably costs $40 8)

Yeah... this is a cross-country trip and I'm wondering if we'll even get any food!

I have one and you're welcome to it.

Re: food on a cross country flight, or most any flight for that matter, most airlines now require you to purchase their boxed items. They're overpriced and not very good. You're better off buying something in the terminal and bringing it on board (after you've passed through security). Many airports, Dulles included, have realized this is a very good $$ opportunity and have pretty decent packaged items available.

Boxed snacks are "optional", not required. :D

If you want a boxed food item from the airline you must purchase it as they are no longer free.

    Better?

The ones on United actually aren't that bad. They have some reasonably healthy choices for $5.

So, airline food aside, do you want the bag? Otherwise it's going in the donation pile for Briar Woods.
