Does anyone have any personal feedback/experience about the following places in terms of if they are nice, how much they cost, and how much shade their is there?

    1. The A.V. Symington Aquatic Center @ Ida Lee
    2. Claude Moore Rec Center (Inside, I know)
    3. Volcano Island

    1. Nice but can get crowded. Not much shade. $5-7 per.
    2. Climate controlled, water slide, plenty of shade. :D Not sure of cost, we use to get in free when we went for swimming lessons.
    3. Big, water play area (volcano), slides. Not much shade pool side. $7-8 per.

How do these compare to The Water Mine, in Reston?

WaterMine in Reston, horrible!! There's another water park, Franklin...out in Round Hill/Purcellville...I like that one...I like Ida Lee more than Volcano....calmer and nicer :)
