What happened to Kenny Williams Construction?

We had Kenny Williams build our screened-in porch/deck last summer and after the final inspection they're MIA. We have a 3 year warranty with them and have some things that we'd like them to correct - the gates don't latch because of the settling and one side where the lattice work is located is loose (I'm afraid the wind is going to knock it down one day). We're fine with doing the work ourselves, but that's the point of a warranty - to correct their craftsmenship.

We've been calling them for 6 months now and no one has bothered to return our phone calls. We chose Kenny Williams because of all the referrals and because of our experience with Dayle and his brother, Kenny. Their work was terrific and the few things we'd like them to fix are not major.

So my question is, what happened to them?

 

Had a similar experience with Kenny over 5 years ago. Once you pay him he is history.

 

Wow. They built our deck and a year later one of the footings was sinking. We called them, they came to look at it the next day, and then within a day or two of that (I don't recall exactly - it's been 2 years) they had someone here to redo it, no problem, no questions asked, and it was fixed.

 

They've been fairly responsive with us as well. Built our deck and have come back several times for small fixes. I usually speak to Dale Williams - he'll typically get back to me in short order.

 

We've called Dale and Kenny separately. No response from either one. We're going to keep trying, but I hate for this to get ugly!

 

On my browswer it just says "What happened to Kenny"

I'll tell you what happened: You killed Kenny, you bastards!
