What is that construction on Blands blvd/ Shell horn road?

    Not 100% sure but it is probably for connecting thru to Faulkner

    They are connecting widening Broadlands Blvd and linking it up with Faulkner Parkway.
    Someday, It will be a four lane road from Belmont Ridge to Loudoun County Parkway. Don't hold your breath though.

    Shellhorn links with LCP, but Broadlands/Faulkner Parkway links with Waxpool (where the barricades currrently are on Waxpool).

    You are correct. With the way roads are laid out around here I have a hard time keeping then straight. For example from north on 28 go left on Waxpool. then at the ice rink turn left on Waxpool then at the barricade turn left on Waxpool. Follow for two miles and turn left on Waxpool. :)
