There's some guy walking around and spraying a noxious smelling solution on the grass and trees in the back of Wesley Terrace along the wetlands. Does anyone know?

Well that's bad. Even if he's spraying for mosquitoes, he's killing butterflies!

The signs say 'Pesticide' - indiscriminate, so yes, it will kill butterflies and all pollinators and reduce the food for out insect loving birds.

Can someone explain how we can be a Certified Wildlife Habitat Community and allow this?! Who approved this?

If it was the landscaping company, maybe it's part of their contract, but I agree, that must stop.

Instead of asking questions here, perhaps a quicker response would come from the Community office. Who knows, not me, maybe a homeowner hired them without approval.

    YMMV
