Is there a way to recycle office paper around here? My office complex has a collection point for cardboard only, and the Loudoun County recycling info on the web suggests that the closest place to recycle office paper is at the Walmart in Leesburg. I don't seem to get out that way often enough for it to be convenient. I don't think we're allowed to put it in our recycling bins for home pickup. Any suggestions?

The Park ViewRecycling Center is located at Park View High School. Park View H.S. is close to Rt. 28 and Waxpool/Church Rd, just beyond the Cascades Parkway intersection with Church Rd.

    • Catalogs, phonebooks, office paper, and junk mail
    • Mixed bottles and cans, including glass bottles and jars, aluminum and steel cans, and plastic bottles

Don't forget to recycle your gift wrap from all of your Christmas presents. As noted in the previous post, the Park View Recycling Center (and Loudoun County's other recycling centers) accepts office paper and junk mail, which should work for most wrapping paper.

I always put my office paper with my junk mail aand newspapers in the recycling bin. I thought office paper was allowed.
