This may be a silly question, but my kids are very young. Which high school do Broadlands kids go to? We are on the side of B'lands that goes to Hillside Elem. if that makes a difference.
    Thanks in advance.

Briar Woods, yet to be built HS6 or HS7, maybe even Heritage.

HS boundaries are a mess right now, wait until the tidal wave of kids that are currently in elementary school hits.

Ya, this whole school boundry thing worries me. My daughter goes to Hillside and attends all types of BWoods events. I love that she enjoys going to BWoods events and activities because it provides her insight to what her future holds as well as a greater sense of community. Rhetorical question: Does the county even care about the impacts that yearly boundry changes have on families?

It's the price you pay for the boom in Ashburn unfortunately!

Based on what was presented by the Ashburn Farm community at the last round of HS boundary meetings, no. That community has had something like 20+ ES, MS, and HS boundary changes.

    It should worry you...

There are evil forces at work from the Supervisor from Landsdowne who things we should displace our kids in lieu of theirs.

Long, long thread on this very subject somewhere on this board. No doubt, we'll have to fight with the powers to be again over this issue.
