Whirlpool Dryer question

    Hi,
    does anyone have experience with a Whirlpool Duet model dryer and the 4-way venting kit? I'm getting ready to move into a SW townhome but the previous owners are taking their W/D with them. I've ordered a Duet dryer but need to side-vent it because of clearances. Can the venting kit be self-installed by someone with decent electrical knowhow, or will I have to hire a tech to install the kit?

    Any advice appreciated (if anyone knows).

    Where di you order it from? back when we got our first set and had it installed vertically in our basement the installation techs set everything up. ALl we had to do was get the right prong power cord before the came to set it up.
