window valances

Does anyone have any recommendations for getting cutom made window valances? I'd be able to make them myself, but only using a pattern and I can't seem to find a pattern for the valance that I want. So, looking for someone reasonably priced to make some.

I'm sorry, I gotta ask. What's a "jabot?"

 

the part that hangs down from the top corners of the window, the swag is the part that drapes between the two corners (Swags and jabots don't close, they just collect dust^H^H^H^H^H^H look pretty)
