I agree no suprise who went home. Brooke Burke can wear anything or n***** she is just hot.

Funny I told my wife and friends I bet they are testing Marty the first night this week. Still say he is going to win it all. I also got thinking maybe they have a surise ending and don't pick anyone or maybe two maybe Marty and Mig take them on the road and chose from there. or continue the show into next season looking for someone else. I rather doubt it but you never know. Hey they might start the search from scratch again.

My top three for next week Marty Susie and MIg

Bottom 3 Ty Jordis and JD with JD or Jordis gone have to see the next show to zero in.
Ty is a great performer and singer and just seems like a genuine nice guy and maybe the best of the bunch to go it alone, Yet what is it with that hair? looks like he is trying out for the chili peppers rather then INXS and his style of singing is just not INXS.

Jordis has a great voice in it's own style for her not INXS material. Does not look the part hair and clothes not right.

JD is the dark horse just can't put a finger on it but I think we are in for some surprises from him.

Susie the girl next store type bubbly cute another long shot and seems like a ditz at times.

Mig is another just nice guy so it seems he could pull it off depending what he does in the next few shows and he just looks like he can front the band. Sings well enough as they all do to be a rock star.

Marty the quiet shy type off the stage does not have the INXS look, yet he possibly has the new look and the younger music to take them to the next level.

Yep Marty will be the next front guy!!! [8D]

OK folks we have right in our family here the next rock and roll super-star That is SUNNY and her band DR. FU

You want a fabulous voice? this girl has it, you want unbelievable energy? again she’s got it and more. Stage pressence again shes got it. Makes the girls and guys trying out for INXS look like amatuers. Add she is beautiful on top of it. Sorry single guys I think she is married at least she dedicated a song to him, but maybe she has a sister or friend Put that all together with the Dr Fu guys and you have the next superstars of rock and roll starting right here in our backyard. [8D]

Since I was already 2 hours late meeting Dalyn (my wife) and some friends to hear another band and dance in downtown DC I thought what the hell I am already in big trouble (even turned my cell phone off[}] ) I might as well stop at Kirkpatrick's Irish Pub and check out one of our own forum members and the band. Hey could not be in any worse trouble with the wifeeee. [}]

Got to Kirkpatrick’s about 10pm and was going to stay only a few minutes and was drinking only an O'Doul's non alcoholic beer. Well an hour later and heavy drinking of O’Doul’s and as their break started I introduced myself to Sunny and the band.

I like these people very friendly and not like most of you here not afraid to use real names and meet. Hey just kidding about ya’all here, before you all start a war again. [}]

Anyway I am going to bring some friends and Dalyn (maybe if we are still married) to see her and DR FU on Sept 10th Sat at Spanky's Shenanigans, Leesburg, VA at 10pm and you all should join us and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Top 3 this Week Sunny Marty and Mig with Sunny doing the on core this Wednesday. Sorry Susie Sunny's got it all over you. [}]

Suzie IS AMAZING. That was the most amazing performance I've seen on any of these talent shows ever.

 

Alright I stayed at home tonight to watch INXS at home and Susie hands down won and expect her for the encore I agree with dave possibly the best performance of the entire weeks of shows.
My mind is shifting this may come down to Mig and Susie with Marty starting to fade. Bottom 3 ty jordish jd and jd history.

Susie is just coming on strong the last few weeks and I had her written off just a few shows ago. Actually I hope she wins it all after tonights performance. I will say even though Jordish put on a good performance tonight she is just not right for INXS and could go tomorrow in spite of that.

Of course our own Sunny would put all these performers to shame if she was performing.

No surprise on the bottom three. I was surprised Ty was let go. I was sure it would be JD. I was taken a back by one of Ty's remarks, could be because he was just extremely disappointed. Hey my neighbor Wilson Picket is in the rock and roll hall of fame so his people as he likes to call them are rock and rollers. Many examples out there, so Ty cheer up you are a awesome entertainer actually I thought he was the best of the bunch until Suzie came on strong lately. Never thought he was right for INXS though. Well the bottom three was right on and next week I bet it will again be JD & Jordish with one of them gone can't decide which one yet. and the third one is impossible to guess as of yet. Still think Marty will take it all or as I said before it will be two Marty & Suzie. Again Suzie was awesome doing the encore and will watch it over and over, she has come a long long ways and the best voice of them all. But I am still in love with Brooke Burke can't wait to see what she wears next, really don't care she doesn't show much personality actually a dud in that department so far who cares anyway. [}]

 

I'm currently voting for Suzie but my Wife loves Marty. I think she's the reason he got twice as many votes as the others

I really thought JD should have gone. I don't think this had anything to do with race but Ty was a great performer. I was sad to see him go.

I hope JD goes tonight. Either JD or Jordis would be my guess.

 

Of all the orignal songs from last night, I thought JD's was the closest fit to the INXS style.

 

It is going to be Jordis gone tonight. Jordis by the way she is performing has given up.

A surprise ending in a few weeks a tie for leader singer. Marty and Suzie both going on tour with INXS.

JD has too much attitude in the wrong way to win.

Mig is way too cutsie and nice the opposite of JD to win.

I'm a bit late on this but here it is:

I must say that Marty very well may be the winner. I mean, I still have his song Trees in my head and darnit but I like it

JD has a good voice too & good song writting ability but again, I think he'd try to change INXS to benefit himself. He just rubs me wrong.

I still hope Mig is in the front running. He's great to watch & to listen to!

Too bad about Suzi but I didn't expect a woman to be the lead. And I sure hope Jordis has lots of offers, this just wasn't her niche.

As for Brooke. GAG ME! She's too darn cute, I could scratch her eyes out. And it's funny that Dave is almost as pretty as she is.

 

Marty was the one that to me, seemed to want to change INXS the most. I seem to recall an interview a couple weeks ago where he said he wanted to take the band into a more "modern" direction, whatever that means.

IMO, JD has, yeah, attitude, over the top, no doubt. Yet, to me, he is the best fit. I liked "Pretty Vegas" better than "Trees", even if the bullhorn was a Neil Young clone...

 

I don't know why and I am probably wrong I still don't think one person will be picked to lead INXS. I always felt Marty would get it along with someone else and I would not count Susie out even tho she was eliminated I have seen bigger surprises then that.

Mig did an incredible job with the INXS song last night and he could get it. JD is for JD and not a team player so I just don't see him getting it, although he toned down a bit lately, I think it is just another one of his ploys. Mig is Australian so that could come into swaying the decision if all things being equal. Hell I really don't know they should just give it to Sunny from here and be done with it.

I did not like him at first, but somewhere along the way, J.D. Fortune grew on my wife and I. I'm glad he won. I'll be buying the CD and concert tickets in the future....can't get "pretty vegas" outta my head.......

 

I agree seeing Marty and JD in front of the band last night JD won hands down. JD has grown on me during the last couple of shows and finally, I had to admit JD is the best one of the group for this band.

The show to me went out with a wimper, I expected some sort of surpise or something??
