    I read about this event this week in The Times newspaper (Reston edition) when we were at the Reston Library. Fairfax County is sponsoring this Recycling Event on Saturday, 10/04/08 from 9 am to 2 pm.

    ***ALL MATERIALS COLLECTED AT NOT COST!***

    EVENT ONE--Held at the Fairfax County Government Center, 12000 Government Center Pkwy., Fairfax, VA

    Materials accepted are as follows--

    Computers & Electronic Devices

    Document Shredding (up to 5 boxes of personal documents per household)

    Compact Fluorescent Light Bulbs (broken fluorescent bulbs will be accepted if securely wrapped in plastic)


    EVENT TWO--Household Hazardous Waste Collection Event held at the McLean Government Center, 1347 Balls Hill Rd., McLean, VA
