11.12.14 Board of Directors Meeting Agenda

Attached please find the agenda for the upcoming Board meeting

 

Are these meetings open for all homeowners or just the board.? TY

 

Meetings are open to all homeowners of the association. Normally they are the 2nd Tuesday of the month. Tomorrow's meeting is on Wednesday because today is a holiday

 

Is there a report of "minutes" or is there a way I can find out the decision on the pond on Rickenbacker Sq that was on the agenda for this meeting? I had planned on attending this meeting but was not able to make it when it moved because of the holiday. TY.

 

Minutes are not made publicly available until they have been approved, which is typically at the following meeting.
As far as the pond, the Board did not take action yet since it is still not off the Developer's bond and is still under their control.
We did review a maintenance plan submitted by our current contractor.

 

Is there a cost for residents to get a copy of the minutes (Southern Walk sarcasm included)?
