Need Advice 6 year old - Softball or T-Ball

    We aer thinking of getting our 6 year old in to either Softball or T-Ball... and wondered what experience any others have had with this......

    We just want something fun

    I should clarify that this is for our daughter. We just don't know much about the softball and t-ball leagues (ashburn / dulles south) and hope someone knows if other girls play t-ball....or what kind of 'pitching' happens in 6 year old softball?

    Hi! I would start her out in T-ball -- that way she can get the feel for hitting the ball. The Dulles Little League has T-ball for the kids that age -- I think it's a co-ed team. You can check out their website -- www.dulleslittleleague.org
