CASA is run by the school. Maybe an option?

CASA is actually run by Loudoun County PRCS, but yes, it's a great option and we use it.

CASA only does afternoons... mornings are harder to find something. I think Minnieland in Ashburn Village has a morning program for school-age, but I would be surprised if they brought the kids as far as Mill Run.

Open Arms, at the corner of Waxpool & Claiborne, has a Before & After (B&A) program. A bus from Mill Run stops there.

If you can get approval to get to work just a little later and drop her off at the bus stop yourself, your options will be much better for afternoon care. As was mentioned here, CASA is great for after school care and it's actually at the school.

Another great option is the KinderCare in Broadlands. We had our kids there for almost 3 years and we highly recommend it! They are also on the Mill Run bus route so you could do the morning and afternoon care and they will walk her to the bus stop in the morning and be there to get her in the afternoon when the bus arrives.

do you have neighbors that have kids going to the same school that can take her in the morning? you wouldn't be posting if you did, but that would a huge lifesaver for you because as the other posters said, your options are much better with the after-school care only.
