    Hi folks-
Don't forget the Broadlands HOA Annual Meeting is this Tuesday, 7:30pm, at Hillside!

I hope there will not be a quorom problem. I am sure I'm not the only one who can't and/or doesn't want to sit through hours of meeting, and didn't find it worth the pain to get a "witness" to sign our proxy form. What's the deal with that?

FWIW ... the meeting rarely lasts beyond 9:00 pm, that's an hour and a half. And the reason for that is that we have to be out of the building at 9 pm.

The reason for a witness (and it could be a neighbor) is so that we can be sure that the person who signed a proxy for your property, is indeed, the owner of that property.

I've been a member of a few HOAs, and I've had that requirement for a witness previously.

    neilz-
We have the room until 9:30pm, and I expect the meeting to last until then.
