    Anyone know what project is starting on Shellhorn near the data center/future metro?

    Yesterday, I saw lot of construction vehicles/people over there.....


    I also noticed a new community(TH/Condos) is coming up next to the Hilton Green/behind BB&T bank off of LCP.....
