Are you a Hiring Manager? Are you as frustrated as I am?

I'd like to thank the managers that actually write candidates back. I've found a few jobs in the nearby area that sound absolutely perfect for me (Telecom Specialist or Billing Analyst with 1-3 years experience), I meet all the requirements, and I never hear back at all. Of course, the recruiters for contract positions call 3 times a day if I keep my resume public on Dice/Monster/etc., but I've been looking for a job off and on for 3 months and have seen many jobs I feel like I'd be perfect for and never hear back. Only full time jobs I have heard from are either from this board or located in downtown DC.

Good luck on your search Kaos, wish I could come work for you but at this point in my life don't think I'd deal well with the off shift.

P.S., for anyone else searching out there, I'd like to highly recommend the Google style job hunting site www.indeed.com , it searches all the other sites for you and is my favorite way to search.
