RUFF WRESTLING, THE NEWEST YOUTH WRESTLING CLUB IN ASHBURN - AGES 5 AND UP [ELEMENTARY, MIDDLE, AND HIGH SCHOOL]

THE NEW SPRING SEASON STARTS THE WEEK OF MARCH 31. THE FIRST WEEK OF PRACTICES IS FREE!! ALL EXPERIENCE LEVELS ARE WELCOME!!!

There is a new wrestling club in Ashburn and the coaches are AWESOME!!! We just completed the winter season with RuFF Wrestling and my son loved it!! Coach Ruffin is a recent graduate of the University of Iowa (one of the top wrestling schools). He is excellent at teaching the wrestling techniques and keeping the practices fun!

The practices for RuFF Wrestling Club will be at Stone Bridge High School. For the younger kids, it will be on Wednesday evenings at 6:30PM and Sundays ay 4:00pm. THE FIRST PRACTICE IS WEDNESDAY, APRIL 2. I'm not sure of the schedule for the older kids. There will also be several spring/summer clinics - these will be held on Saturdays at no additional charge.

The club is open to boys and girls ages 5 and up. RuFF Wrestling Club currently includes elementary, middle school, and high school kids. The practices will be separated by age group.

Wrestling improves balance, reflexes, strength, endurance, and agility. In addition to the physical advantages, it also improves sportsmanship, mental toughness, and self-confidence.
