Balancing Ceiling Fan?

    Our ceiling fan is unbalanced and making lots of noise, probably because I keep having to change the stupid light bulbs, and the whole thing moves when I do that. (We stupidly paid Van Metre WAY too much to install a medium(?) quality fan.)

    What is the best way to get it set right? I was thinking that using a level on the light fixture part might work...
