    Does anybody know if somebody else has come in to rent the space that was set aside for Bear Rock in the Southern Walk Plaza

    Last I heard, which was a few months ago, was that the space was going to be split and that they were in talks with Starbucks and a bank. Seemed to be a little weird if you ask me; this was straight from the leasing company rep.

    Of course, things change drastically over the period of a couple months, so who knows if those 'plans' were still in place...

    Some of the neighboring business-owners have said it will be two businesses: a Starbucks and a kebab place.
