Need Help! Bookkeeper

Pavement Technical Solutions, Inc. (PTS) is a full service pavement management, inspection, testing, and evaluation corporation, based out of Broadlands, that is looking for an individual to perform part-time work as a bookkeeper using QuickBooks, entering monthly journal entries for credit card expenses, travel expenses, and billable project time and running QuickBooks reports for the accounting system. The individual would also be responsible for making monthly business bill payments. The bookkeeping position entails approximately 40 hours per month, with additional hours available to assist with project proposals and project reports using Microsoft Office. The bookkeeper will work from home, but be available for monthly meetings at the Broadlands office.
