Has anyone brought their children to this in the past? I'm wondering how well run it is, how crowded it gets, and particularly if you've done it in the past, would you do it again? Thanks!

I have a friend who has used the PNO program at either Broad Run or Stone Bridge - I don't remember which one. She has used it several times and both she and her child have been happy with it. She said that once you've been once you find that it's often the same families/children other times, which makes it easier for the children since they might know other kids there.

My two boys went twice when they were little (maybe 4 and 6, that would have been 4 years ago). But they loved it! They thought it was a party all for them. My older son had a great time with the teens who played basketball and ran around, and my younger son watched movies. I thought the kids did a really good job with it.

It was last night. We did it and I would do it again. My kids didn't know anyone else there, and if they had it would have been even better.

I thinking of taking my kids tomorrow night. Does anyone know if you have to make reservations, or do you just drop them off? I've never been inside Broad Run, so I hope that there are signs within the building as to where to bring the kids.

I think you just drop them off. Apparently there are teachers overseeing students who are watching the kids and the kids are grouped by age.

Does anyone know if they provide dinner? I can't find my flyer.

Where: BroadRun High School Gym has arts, crafts, games, movies

questions? Call : Ms. Bour 571-252-2300

So if you need a night out, want to do some holiday shopping, might be fun for the kids to go with some friends. You can dress them in PJ's or just comfy clothes, bring a sleeping bag & pillow for the floor/ movie...who knows they might fall asleep. Even if you did not stay the whole time- it is a good deal.

Briar Woods had a similar program last year. Does anyone know if they are doing it again this year?
