    The issue that was passed was the replacement of the two shower stalls.
    We asked the plumber to get a price for removing the booster pumps and installing PRV's for homes in the "hill" area that no longer need them. The intent was too see if a better rate could be offered with the potential for a lot of business. The cost would have been for each homeowner, not the HOA. THe price was too high, so the issue was dropped.
