Broken fence next to common area

    Has anyone had probelms with their fence being damaged by the common grounds maintenance crew?
    Ours has been received broken boards several times. Last week, during mulching and mowing, a bottom support board was broken along with a fence board and our smallest dog escaped. I can't believe the crew didn't even tell us about the damage.
    I just emailed the common grounds committee but wanted to know if this was a common problem.

    You need to let HOA management know. Call the office at 703-729-9704. If property damage is done by the grounds maintenance crew they are responsible for having it repaired.
