I've never been to Busch Gardens Williamsburg, but I did snag one of those free passes for Sesame Street Forest for my little one.

Does this get us free admission for him to the whole Busch Gardens, or just to a small portion of it called Sesame Street? I can't quite tell what the deal is. Anyone else grab this and use it yet? Or at least been to Busch Gardens and can tell me what you think this deal is all about?

    Thanks!

The admission is free for just the small portion called Sesame Street. You still have to pay admission to the park for everyone. And when you go to the Forest portion, you have to pay extra for those 6 and older (or whatever the max. age was).

Do you have the Preschool Fun Pass? This is from the BG website -

This pass is for Virginia residents only (ages 5 and younger) and is good for unlimited admission to Busch Gardens Williamsburg through Sept. 6, 2010

I read that as "unlimited admission to BG" - not just the Sesame Street area. Also, my older daughter went to BG with my sister earlier this season and there was no separate admission to the Sesame Street area.

The pass is for ALL of Busch Gardens. They have no separate entrance to the Forest of Fun.

However: BRING YOUR KIDS BIRTH CERTIFICATE. I had a friend get turned away with their 3-year old because they didn't have a document that proved her age.

Awesome! That will save a few bucks. Thanks! I'll bring the birth cert.
