Anyone been to C3 cyber club for a birthday party? I haven't heard of any parties here and can't find any reviews online... Wondering if this will be a good spot for my 7 yearold's birthday. Thoughts, ideas or alternatives?

My son had his 11th birthday party there. He and his friends had a great time. C3 gave them a room just for his party because of the age of the boys. They set up the M rated games the boys want to play so that they were T rated (bad stuff removed). There was another much larger and much younger party at the same time - they had the outside room and tables near the cashier area. We had the separate room so the younger ones wouldn't be exposed to the T+ rated games. The staff can customize the computers with your choices of games.

One thing I thought was a negative - the boys were interested in the games on the computers vs. the big Wii screen so they didn't have much interaction with each other. They each sat at their own terminal and did their own thing mostly. This was only a negative to me - they were perfectly happy.

When my 6 yr. old turns 7, he wants a laser tag party. He's been to a couple and loved it so we'll probably do that. I've heard that the Dulles Sports Complex does good parties for this age but I haven't personally had one or been to one.
