Lost Caramel-colored cat in Overland Park, need to find the owner

Hi there,

I live in the Overland Park community at the end of Merion Street, and there is a Caramel colored neighborhood cat (pictures attached) that roams around. We have seen him many times, and he is very friendly, but for the past 2 1/2 days he's been camped out outside my house. He keeps switching between our deck and our front porch, and he meows endlessly. I'd like to find out who owns this cat so they can come collect him/her from our property. I don't want to see the cat harmed, I will not call animal control.
