Has anyone ever bought an USED vehicle from CARMAX? Are the prices on their internet web page really "no haggle" bottom line or is there room for negotiation? Any experiences with CARMAX (good:) or bad:() would be greatly appreciated.

It is their bottom line price. No haggling.

Generally, their prices are very competitive. You can get a better price for some cars by doing the "leg work" and then negotiating with a dealer. It depends on how much effort you wish to use. Good luck.

Actually one of their sales reps told us there's always room for negotiation (generally the price listed is the bottom line but sometimes you can "work a minor deal". You may be able to negotiate extras or maintenance or financing help).

We bought a used car there eons ago and everything was quick and painless.
