Cell phone carrier recommendation-not sprint

    Sprint's cell tower in our area is having issues again. Dropping calls, taking forever to dial. They are aware of it and "working on it" but it's the second time in recent memory they have been having tower issues. Last straw was a dropped call on a teleconference I was hosting with 31 people on the line...

    So I would love some suggestions for service providers that don't suck. Thanks!

    Not verizon! I drop calls left and right - especially in my kitchen. I don't even have to be moving. Since we're just down the block from you, I'm guessing you'd have the same problems. We will be switching very shortly, though I'm not sure who the new carrier will be.

    Don't know where you live, I'm off Village drive, no problems at all with Sprint.

    Apparently they are having issues with their tower on Ryan Road, which I guess is the closest tower to me in Ashburn Farm. I asked if they could just adjust me to a different tower and they explained it automatically uses the closest tower.

    I was having issues with Sprint yesterday too! If I am on Wifi, I see to have no issues.
