    because we live in a stupid world where one must protect themselves from the lowest rung - not just the ones that make sense.

    Why must we be worried about being sued by someone who makes their own mistakes? etc etc etc

    Government must be hyper protective.. its absurd.

    Or what about "Three Men and a Baby"? Essentially I don't see much difference in the core plots. None of them have anything to do with or even remotely promote homosexuality and everything to do with two or more adults (human or penguin) raising a child together.
