    I was wondering if anyone happened to have a decent chest freezer that you're looking to get rid of. Also, and this is probably a long shot, but anyone have an outdoor storage shed you're looking to move?

    There is more to the application process than just the application. Submission requirements vary by project, but usually copies of your plat, photos and drawings are required. If you have access to a good scanner than they can be sent via email. Copies of the application are available on the website, but they cannot be submitted online.
