Childcare and Learning for 3 yr olds m-f FT/PT

Hello Parents~

I am an English speaking mother of 3 who has been watching children (I have experience with all ages from infants up to 12yrs old) in the Broadlands area for the past 6 years.

I am currently looking for more children AGE 3 (or almost 3) to add to my group (currently 3 children), to watch in my home M-F, FT or PT. Daily schedule flexible upon your needs and willing to start as soon as possible. My past childcare experience includes working at a well-known Childcare facility in all age rooms, as a 4th grade Teaching Assistant and School Substitute and working as a Head Teacher/Center Supervisor for the School Aged Childcare Program in Fairfax County, as well as earning a Bachelor's degree in Art. My current focus is on the 3 yr old curriculum as my twins are now 3 and require that learning time also.

Every day, I will help your child with their basic preschool skills based off of the Mother Goose Time Learning Program. From the Mother Goose Website they explain their activities that "creatively weaves together art projects, music, storytelling, math games and science experiments around a monthly theme. Each month, our activities help you teach a balance of preschool skills and learning objectives." There will be set LEARNING times as well as Free play throughout the day, because remember THEY ARE 3! Social skills are important as well!

Other than being a great mom to my 3 amazing children (a 5 yr old daughter and twin 3 yr old boys), I have my certification in CPR and I am First Aid Certified and I am currently working on my Childcare State License. I can give GREAT personal and professional references, Many of which currently live in Ashburn/Brambleton.
